The Insurance Shop is a full-service independent agency with an expertise in providing insurance packages for Dialysis Centers- 7001.

Our policies are based on square footage of the facility which often creates a major reduction in premium rates compared to polices based on gross sales. 

Dialysis Center Insurance: 

Dialysis Centers provide kidney or renal dialysis services on an outpatient basis.  Dealers and lessors of Dialysis supplies and risk providing dialysis treatments off-site, or that provide training for self treatment are not eligible for this program.  Professional Liability is excluded.
